The ‘Fitbit One’ olso helps you in your sleep. Wear it into your wrist band at night, and it measure your sleep cycle. It also give you a sleep quatity score. the ‘One’ has a silent  wake alarm that gently wakes you up, without disturbing your partner.

At night the ‘One’ tracks:

  • How long and how well you sleep
  • How many times you wake up

In the morning, it:

  • Wakes you with a silent alarm
  • Won’t bother your partner
