What is it?
When I was in Breda with school I saw this restaurant called ʻDe Colonieʼ. This restaurant took my attention because there was a sign saying ʻIce fondue -196 C”. I never seen anything like that before.
Why itʼs cool?
Ice fondue is the newest taste sensation in the hospitality industry. There guests can enjoy this special dessert. By putting pieces of fresh fruit and other goodies in toppings and then dipping in liquid nitrogen at -196 Celsius, they create tasty ice tapas. As topping dips they serve sweet cream and hot chocolate sauce.
